Considering the theme of Utopia during a time which was very restrictive to my practice, as we were in lockdown and access to studios was extremely limited. When the rest of the world was in chaos and issues were out of our control, exploring utopia: the idea of a perfect world seemed relevant. A process developed in my work, going in between creating physical collages (shown below) and digital collages (Utopia), made from images of my physical collages, also adding other layers. Using a variety of materials, mediums and processes a range of explorative collages came to light.
